According to the website, its location is in Austria but we discovered something strange. This platform’s contact code is  +800. It is common knowledge that  +800 is  North American code. Why would they claim to be based in Austria when their contact number code is that of North America? Something smells fishy…

Platiniumfund provides a web-based MetaTrader 4 trading platform. To further our search, we tried registering a demo account but, we were unable to. This is disappointing because it would have helped us get more information on this brokerage. It would have gone a little way to assure traders of your transparency and the safety of their investment.

Platiniumfund Withdrawal and Deposit Methods & Fees

According to Platiniumfund.com, there are only two withdrawal methods. They are Credit Cards and Wire Transfer. The withdrawal process ranges from 5-10 days. Although legal documents does confirm the presence of withdrawal fee, it was not stated.

Despite this brokerage’s claim to offer several methods of depositing like MasterCard, Visa and E-wallets like Skrill, PaySafecard and Webmoney . The only supported methods are Cashier and WorldVoucher. The minimum deposit amount is $500.

Is PlatiniumFund Licensed?

This brokerage’s claim to be registered in Austria and owned by Platiniumfund Ltd. We checked the  data base Financial Market Authority (FMA)  who regulates the Forex market in  Austria and guess what…  Platiniumfund was not found! Nothing in the form of a license either was given to this brokerage.

We are not convinced that Platiniumfund is legit because they are unlicensed! Potential traders and all who have an interest in Forex trading should be wary of scammers like Platiniumfund.
